Invoice Status Change–Mark Invoice Sent without triggering an Email Notification
The user can now change the status of an Invoice to Sent without including a Client email address by using the Mark Invoice Sent button.
New conditions for only showing Per Event Billing Invoices' Line Items
Tasks under Per Event Billing associated to a particular Site will only populate as an Invoice's Line Item if the Task is turned on as Billable and as Mandatory at the Site Level. However, if the Task's Billable is ON and the Vendor and/or Client Rate is greater than 0, then it will show this Task as a Line Item within the Invoice.
Improvements to Work Order Advance Bulk Scheduler for Per Event Billing Method
The Work Order Advance Bulk scheduler now includes a check box to ensure the Bulk Scheduler only populates Tasks associated to the Site for all five Billing Methods, even if the Billable Switch is turned off.
The Service Broker user can delete a Task from Per Event Billing Method at the Site level
Per Event Billing Method & Tasks–Updated Invoicing Conditions
If Per Event Billing Method Tasks are not Billable but Mandatory, the WeatherWorks data will pull from the Accumulation rates onto the Invoice
Updated Bulk Vendor Invoice Excel Template
The user can download Invoice Reporting by going to the Accounting module and selecting Invoices. Once selecting the Vendor tab and the Upload Invoice button, a Filter Excel Template will download and now includes a column for the Vendor Name to provide further clarity on Vendor Invoice Reporting.
Work Order Vendor Dispatch Email PDF & NTE
Once the Service Broker dispatches a Work Order out to a Vendor, an email notification will be sent to the Vendor, including partial Work Order information in the body of the email that includes the Vendor NTE. The attached Work Order PDF will display all service details except for the Vendor NTE. This change allows Vendors to bring a physical copy of the Work Order PDF to serviceable sites for official sign off without exposing NTE information.
Collapsed Filter
The UtilizeCore Filter feature now appears in a collapsed format across all modules to provide instant visibility to all possible filter options.
Improved Work Order Actions from List View
The Service Broker user can now mark a single Work Order as “Ready for Billing” as well as generate the Vendor and Client Invoice from the Work Order List View.
Work Order List View & Per Event Type
Service Brokers with Per Event Billing methods can now view the Work Order List View and the Work Order’s corresponding Type will display as “Per Event”.
Work Order List View & Actions Column Navigation
The user can now click into any of the white space within the “Actions” column to pull up available Action Items from the kebab menu.

Invoice Deletion–Verification Message for Work Orders associated to Weather Events
Service Broker’s with a third-party weather integration can now delete a Work Order’s Client and Vendor Invoice. However, the Service Broker user is only able to delete a Vendor Invoice if it was initially generated by the Service Broker themself.
After selecting the red delete button, a verification message will appear notifying the user that this particular Work Order is associated with a weather event.

The Service Broker can now view their Team Members or Tradesmen in a compacted List View
INS Sheet & Reporting
The Service Broker now has the ability to auto-generate an INS sheet for Work Orders with a particular Work Order status. This new feature can be configured in Company Settings and the user can select which users are to receive an email notification on a particular day of the week with an attached INS sheet.
After enabling this feature and toggling on in Company Settings, the user can Bulk Generate an INS sheet from the Work Order Module. If the user has disabled this feature, the Bulk Generation will not appear as an option in the dropdown.
Weather Event Email Notification
The Service Broker will receive an email notification when a new Weather event has been recorded by a third party integration. This email will only get triggered if the Service Broker needs to take actions on unassigned Trips specified within the email.
Improved functionality for Work Order Trip Duplication–Copy & Create or Copy & Edit Trip Details
The Service Broker now has improved ability when copying an existing Trip to generate an additional Trip.
The user must first select from the dropdown to “Copy Trip”. A pop up will then appear confirming if the user would like to “Copy and Create”, generating an exact duplicate of the Trip. Alternatively, the user may select, “Copy and Edit” to make slight modifications before generating the new Trip. These two options allow the user to quickly generate new Trips that may have similar yet minor differences in Trip details.
Vendor Portal & Trip Creation–Ability to Generate a New Trip for Service Brokers with Third Party Weather Integration
A Vendor now has the ability to create a new Trip from a pre-existing Work Order if Weather Event services for a particular Work Order are not fully complete. This can be accessed from the Work Order list view.
Enhanced Company Settings Navigation–Collapsed Sub-Settings & Page Scroll Bar
Company Settings are now easier to navigate with an improved collapsed layout and added scroll bar to continue browsing available configurations.
Custom Purchase Order & Invoice Number–New Custom Number Filters & Columns within PO and Invoice Module Grids
