PERFORMANCE & SPEED UPDATES

Multiple Users Bulk Scheduling Work Orders
Now, multiple users from the same Service Broker company can bulk schedule Work Orders more efficiently through enhanced loading time.
Equipment Task Time & Material (T&M) Billing Method
UtilizeCore is continuously working on enhancing the user’s Invoice experience for seamless billing. As a Service Broker, the user can add a Vendor or Client Rate associated to an Equipment Task Time & Material at the Site level. When preparing to bill the Vendor or Client, the Invoice’s line items will automatically reflect the Equipment Task names that have been performed.
New Per Event Billing Method: Weather Event-Based Data
UtilizeCore has further enhanced Event-based billing to document weather event details through Vendor & Client Invoicing. Our system pulls weather descriptions from the Service Broker’s WeatherWorks integration to the UtilizeCore billing process, detailing Vendor and Client Invoices with precise narratives of a snow event.
Ability to select a Team Member for the Per Event Billing Method
Service Brokers with internal Technicians or Team Members can now assign Team Members and Technicians to a particular billing type. This new feature streamlines the Service Broker’s per event Billing Methods and enables specific Rates to be assigned per Team Member.
The UtilizeCore system offers five different billing methods:
- Time & Material
- Per Service
- Per Task
- Equipment Task Time & Material
- Per Event.
The Service Broker can select a Team Member across any of these five billing methods and assign Rates at the Team Member level. The user may enter the Team Member’s associated Rates in the fields labeled “Client Rates”. This feature is also available to the Service Broker for on-demand and Agreement-generated Work Orders.
Ability to add Client & Site Custom Fields
As a Service Broker, the user can now add Custom Fields under Company Settings. Administrative users can add specific fields for both of the Service Broker’s Clients and their managed Sites. The user can dictate the desired fields they want to show and complete, which will appear at both the Client and Site level under the step labeled “Additional”. The Service Broker can add, remove, or require these fields to be filled out as per the business requirements. Changes or edits can also be made to these Custom Fields at any time.
User Experience and Interface Upgrade: New Navigation Bar
UtlizeCore has released an updated Navigation bar to enhance and optimize the user experience. The user now has a clearer overview of critical modules that include additional sub-menus. The user has the option to either hover over the module name with their cursor and select the sub-menu or can click on the module name to lock and proceed by selecting the desired sub-categories below.
