Report Summary in Utilizecore refers to the work order dashboard where the admin user can see the list of various work orders along with the work done in the trips. User is able to filter the work orders and add trip details from this dashboard.
From the left menu, you can see the Report Summary option below. Click on that.
Now user will see the dashboard of the work order list along with trip details. User can filter the work order based on many filters as specified below:
- Client Name
- Property Management Name
- External Reference (District / Region)
- Site Profile (Site Name, Site Open Time, Trigger)
- Site Address (Address, City, State, Country, Zip)
- Vendor Name
- Type (Work Order Type, Work Order Trade, Work Order Service, Site Trade, Site Service)
- Company (Roles, Team Member, Region, Tradesmen)
- Work Order Status
- Precipitation (Amount, Snow & Ice)
- Start Time, End Time
- Map Area
